Glucosamine
Glucosamine is an amino sugar in our tissues that helps generate tendons, ligaments, bones and synovial fluid, and fundamental for improving the structure and strength of our nails, skin and hair. As the body ages, it produces less and less glucosamine, therefore it is especially recommended for the elderly, and very favourable for athletes as well.

Ingredients: Glucosamine sulphate 2KCl, gelatine, peanut oil, anti-block agent: silicon dioxide.
1 capsule contains: Glucosamine 592 mg, (from glucosamine sulphate 2KCl)
Use: Recommended daily dosage is 1 capsule.
